Privacy policy

1037 Ventures ("I", "me") operates this website. This page explains what information I collect through it and how I use it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

Only what you choose to share with me by email, by phone, or when you book a call: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell me. This website has no contact form and I do not use advertising or tracking cookies on it.

How I use it

To reply to you and to discuss a possible transaction or introduction. I do not sell your information or share it for marketing. I may share it with professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality, and only where it is needed for a conversation you have started.

Where it goes

Emails reach me through my email provider. Booking a call uses Calendly, which loads only after you click "Pick a time"; it processes the name, email address, phone number and time you enter, and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy. These providers, and the hosting provider that serves this website, process data on my behalf to deliver the service.

How long I keep it

For as long as needed to have the conversation and meet any legal or record-keeping obligations, after which I delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or withdraw your consent to my using it, at any time by writing to jordan@1037ventures.com.
